EXVOTO DEDICADO A SANTA CECILIA

EX-VOTO TO SANTA CECILIA PAINTED ON TIN WITH THE FOLLOWING LEGEND:

I dedicate this ex-voto to Saint Cecilia for the eternal rest of my uncles, who were members of the "Los Gavilanes de Oro" Mariachi band. My mother tells me they used to play in the town square every day, and I was proud because the whole town admired them. Over the years, they passed away, but I am certain that in the Hereafter, they continue to delight everyone with their beautiful music. Mexico.
