El otro dia, cabalgando en el campo, me salió de repente un toro bravo, que se lanzó contra nosotros y asustó tanto a mi caballo que me tiró y huyó. Ofrezco este retablito a la Virgencita de San Juan de Los Lagos con profundo agradecimiento porque no me pasó nada malo, ya que al huir mi caballo, el toro se calmó y también se alejó y todo quedó en un susto. The other day, while riding through the countryside, a wild bull suddenly appeared and charged at us. It frightened my horse so much that it threw me and fled.
